Leveraging internal processes to ensure client success and retention

After launching MH&S‘s new identity, their growing business brought increased need for organization and new processes to enhance their client experience.  Kaliday worked with them to define a custom software system to achieve these goals. The first step was to consolidate their client records, prospective client information, and other internal business data.  Kaliday identified a strategic partner to develop customized software and ensured that the new software met MH&S’s needs and goals.  The result is a high level of internal efficiency that allows the management team and consultants to focus on their work and not spend time and energy on tedious details, resulting in better and faster overall client service.
